Customers are solely responsible for verifying spelling, dates, names, images, and customization details before submitting an order.
Butterflies Beading is not responsible for customer-submitted errors.

4. Photo Engraving Services
Customers who upload photographs represent and warrant that:
- They own the image or have permission to use it.
- The image does not violate any intellectual property rights.
- The image does not contain unlawful content.
Engraving quality depends on the quality of the uploaded image.
Butterflies Beading is not responsible for poor engraving results caused by low-resolution, blurry, cropped, or otherwise unsuitable images.
5. Handwriting, Artwork, and Logo Submissions
By uploading handwriting samples, artwork, logos, photographs, or other content, you grant Butterflies Beading a limited license to reproduce and modify the content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
Ownership of your submitted content remains with you.
6. Memorial Products
Memorial products are created using information provided by customers.
Customers are solely responsible for verifying names, dates, messages, photographs, and other submitted content.
Butterflies Beading is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate information supplied by customers.
7. Product Variations
Many products are handmade, handcrafted, engraved, laser-cut, assembled, or customized.
Slight variations in color, texture, wood grain, gemstone patterns, engraving depth, sizing, and appearance are normal and are not considered defects.

- Incorrect customer addresses
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery by the carrier.

Non-custom products may be eligible for return in accordance with our Return, Refund & Shipping Policy.
Custom, personalized, engraved, memorial, photo engraving, handwriting engraving, and made-to-order products are non-refundable except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors caused by Butterflies Beading.
13. Intellectual Property
All website content, product photography, graphics, logos, branding, text, product descriptions, designs, software, and other materials are owned by Butterflies Beading LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.
