Non-custom, unworn, and undamaged items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in their original packaging and in new, resaleable condition.
A refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus shipping fees.
Custom-made or personalized items (including engraved pieces, custom sizes, or color choices) are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
If your custom piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please notify us within 2 days of receiving your order.
Email us at info@butterfliesbeading.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
Once your return request is approved, we will send return instructions.
Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
